Clare Acheson GAICD is a dynamically skilled strategic advisor who has worked with organisations to identify their goals and opportunities, sharpen their brand and achieve their vision for over 15 years.
Clare’s process combines insight, foresight, organisational understanding, creativity and strategic thinking to develop brand and marketing strategies using an ‘inside-out’ culture-led approach.
Trained as a graphic designer, Clare ‘speaks creative’. She is the ideal fit for turning strategies and plans into engaging everyday outputs and collaborates with both internal marketing teams and external creatives.
Today, her remit covers executive coaching, brand and marketing planning, navigating change (from mergers and acquisitions, to repositioning brands to unlock value) and C-suite facilitation.
Clare’s ‘big-picture’ goal is to further real-world organisational improvement through diverse thinking, creativity, progressive policy and practical governance.
She’s a 50/50 left-brain, right-brain split, loves working with people to learn, grow and achieve, and is always up for a breakfast meeting.
