Founded by a team of seasoned experts, the business partners with clients to drive real, lasting change through day-to-day organisational culture.
THE CHALLENGE
The People & Culture Co. believes better work is driven by better workplace culture, where people are inspired to achieve and support others to do the same.
So, they have set out on a mission to support leaders, teams and organisations to create healthier, safer workplaces with thriving cultures, so people do their best work
Making business services feel engaging and human is a big part of The People and Culture Co.’s approach.
The founding team signed on for Breakfast Strategy’s micro-business brand foundations sprint, and went from ‘messy thoughts’ to brand positioning, customer bullseyes, sharp value propositions and eye-catching brand expression in a matter of weeks.
Our outsider viewpoint helped craft a brand that’s personable, optimistic, measured and trusted — and introduced the world to some character-based branding featuring The People and Culture Co.’s mascot, PaCCo.
